The mobile phones market is characterized by the very large number of available phones (with more than 2,000 models of mobile handsets in service), the constant renewal of this range (every month, 30 new models are launched on the market by the various makers) and the great variety of different handsets. This problem is complicated even more by the ever-growing number of more and more complex new functionalities and by the extremely varied uses of mobile handsets.
This particularly changing field requires more and more resources for companies that develop content, applications or equipment for mobile phones, for which porting or compatibility must be ensured for most handsets. Paca Mobile Center meets this need by providing companies with all the required resources, which are pooled and outsourced. (see our services). |

Paca Mobile Center is a non-profit consortium founded in December 2005 on the initiative of some mobile phone technology companies. After being initially a pooled bank of telephones serving its founders, Paca Mobile Center gradually opened to the numerous companies in this sector in France and Europe: developers of applications, games, mobile phone websites, peripherals and accessories, outsourced mobile phone marketing contractors, etc. (see our list of references)
Paca Mobile Center is now an independent center, dedicated to the "mobile" industry and especially the development of the content and uses of mobile handsets. In just over three years, it has become a unique organization in Europe. |
